mb/acer/aspire_vn7_572g: Make use of the chipset devicetree
The comments related to the PCI devices are superfluous since the reference names from the chipset devicetree are used. So remove the comments and also the devices which are turned off, or in general have an equal state compared to the configuration in chipset devicetree. Use the references from the chipset devicetree as this makes the comments superfluous and remove devices which are turned off.
