vc/intel/fsp: Update ADL N FSP headers from v3343.05 to v5021.00
Update generated FSP headers for Alder Lake N from v5021.00
Changes include:
- Add FspProducerDataHeader.h header file
- Open Usb4CmMode & CnviWifiCore Upd in FspsUpd.h
- Update UPD Offset in FspsUpd.h
