soc/intel/alderlake: Update the VccIn Aux Imon IccMax
This patch updates the VccIn Aux Imon IccMax for ADL-N to SOC SKU
specific value of 27A.

TEST=Verified that VccIn Aux Imon IccMax value is set to 27mA.
