superio/fintek: Add support for Fintek F81866AD-I
This patch adds support for the Fintek F81866AD-I SuperIO, which is very similar to the fintek/f81865f. This code adds some fan control support, inspired by fintek/f71869ad. Furthermore its possible to change the temp sensor type (thermistor or diode).
