dmp/vortex86ex: Initialize Reatek ALC262 audio codec

Hook this up into the DMP Vortex86EX. Before under Windows XP
the microphone did not work. With the new logic it does. Now
line-in,line-out and microphone all work.

The verb data table is generated by Realtek.
