mb/google/poppy/variants/nami: Use GPP_E4 for BT_OFF#
The BT W_DISABLE2# pin is connected to GPP_E4 in the latest schematic.
Update GPP_E4 as GPO and set 1 as default.

Enable:

localhost ~ # iotools mmio_write32 0xfdae05a0 0x40000200
