mb/google/geralt: Power on Samsung ATNA33XC20 eDP panel

Geralt uses Samsung panel, and Mutto is responsible for bonding the
panel and touch, so rename the panel description.
Add power-on sequence for Samsung ATNA33XC20 panel.
