SMM: Validate more user-provided pointers
Mitigate issues presented in "Digging Into The Core of Boot" found by "Yuriy Bulygin" and "Oleksandr Bazhaniuk" at RECON-MTL-2017. Validate user-provided pointers using the newly-added functions.
