vendorcode/intel/fsp/fsp2_0/CPX-SP: remove non-existing PSTACKs
CPX-SP has a CSTACK and 3 PSTACKs. Clean up the HOB header
file to remove reference to non-existing PSTACKs.
Adjust mainboard code accordingly.
