mb/google/dragonegg: Enable ps2 keyboard

BRANCH=None
TEST=ensure at bootup that /sys/devices/pnp0/00:05 exists
and driver link to '../../../bus/pnp/drivers/i8042 kbd'
Also, can now see keyboard in evtest.
