stoneyridge: Update AGESA binary and AGESA.h
AGESA.bin was updated in the binary repo, so update the submodule pointer.
Among other changes, this added a callback "AGESA_HALT_THIS_AP", which
requires updated header files.

TEST=build kahlee.
