soc/amd/common/block/spi: Add prompt to SOC_AMD_COMMON_BLOCK_SPI_DEBUG
Makes it so I can enable SPI debugging without modifying the source.
BUG=b:179699789
TEST=Add CONFIG_SOC_AMD_COMMON_BLOCK_SPI_DEBUG=y to my .config
