soc/intel/meteorlake: Enable crashlog
Enable SOC_INTEL_CRASHLOG and SOC_INTEL_IOE_DIE_SUPPORT Kconfig
options.
BUG=b:262501347
TEST=Able to build google/rex. Able to trigger and decode crashlog.
