This patch makes the boards use a single amdk8_util.asl. There are only
whitespace differences between this file and the amdk8_util.asl from asus/m2v_mxe. It also enables SLIT filling if you have one, zeroes the unused fields in the srat_lapic structure, and adds some declarations in acpi.h.
