mb/intel/wtm2: Drop unsupported native graphics init
Since the conversion of this board to soc/broadwell in 0aa06cbf18 (wtm2: Convert to use soc/intel/broadwell), the NGI for this board is not hooked up anywhere. Also, the code doesn't compile anymore.
