intel/ibexpeak boards: Remove handled RCBA entries from replay
The RCBA registers 0x3400-0x3500 are all handled elsewhere
in the code, so no need to have a 'replay' of those.
The remainder now consist of USB setup and undocumented bits
that should likely not be touched at all.
