mb/facebook/fbg1701/vboot-rw.fmd: Expand RO_SECTION
The romstage does not fit in RO_SECTION.
Increase the CBFS size in RO_SECTION.
BUG = N/A
TEST = Boot Facebook FBG1701 with VBOOT enabled.
