Asm code: Use NO_EARLY_BOOTBLOCK_POSTCODES to remove Asm port80s
Expand NO_EARLY_BOOTBLOCK_POSTCODES to all of the early assembly code in
bootblock.

TEST: Build with & without the option enabled
