mb/lenovo/w541: Add ThinkPad W541
Add support for the ThinkPad W541 based on Peter Lemenkov's initial W541 port. Compiled and tested with SeaBIOS and Tianocore booting into Arch Linux 5.10.32-lts. The Haswell mrc.bin blob is required.
