soc/mediatek: Add "DRAM" to Kconfig MEDIATEK_BLOB_FAST_INIT name
In the current Kconfig option MEDIATEK_BLOB_FAST_INIT, the meaning of
"BLOB" is unclear. Add "DRAM" to the name.
