mainboard/google/poppy/variants/rammus: Enable DA7219
On rammus, headset uses DA7219 so that we need to enable it.
BUG=b:112945714
BRANCH=master
TEST=emerge-rammus coreboot chromeos-bootimage
Flash FW and check in kernel to see if DA7219 is up.
