google/ninja: Upstream AOpen Chromebox Commerical
Migrate google/ninja (AOpen Chromebox Commerical) from Chromium tree to
upstream, using google/rambi as a reference.

TEST=built and booted Linux on ninja with full functionality

external reference code (refcode.elf)
