nb/intel/sandybridge: Use common {DMI,EP,MCH}BAR accessors
Drop unused sandybridge.h includes to avoid build failures on Ironlake.
Tested with BUILD_TIMELESS=1, Asus P8Z77-V LX2 remains identical.
