util/crossgcc: Limit LLVM targets to the needed ones

coreboot only supports a small subset of the targets that LLVM supports.
It's not needed to enable all possible targets. Thus limit the targets
to the following ones:

  * X86
  * RISC-V
  * AArch32
  * AArch64
  * PowerPC
