vc/amd/opensil/genoa_poc/mpio: fix unused MPIO chip warning

When the chip of one of the MPIO-related PCI device functions has the
type IFTYPE_UNUSED, there is no corresponding MPIO engine, so replace
'engine' with 'chip' in the warning.
