mb/google/nautilus: Enable camera module NVM

Enable DW9807 NVM support by adding required ACPI code

TEST=On Nautilus board, execute "cat /sys/bus/i2c/devices/i2c-INT3499:00/eeprom"
in the terminal and see if there is any data to be dumped.
