mb/intel/whl_rvp: Configure FSP UPDs of DDI ports for whlrvp
This patch configures FSP UPD values for HPD and DDC of DDI ports for
WHLRVP.
BUG=none
TEST=Tested that eDP & DP works on WHLRVP
