soc/amd/cezanne: Increase PRERAM_CBMEM_CONSOLE_SIZE to 0x2000
Let's increase this to avoid losing any logs.

TEST=Boot guybrush and no longer see
*** Pre-CBMEM romstage console overflowed, log truncated!
