mb/intel/mtlrvp: Create mtlrvp4es_p_ext_ec variant

This patch creates a new variant mtlrvp4es_p_ext_ec. The new
variant will support ESx samples. The existing mtlrvp_p_ext_ec
variant will support the QS samples.
