3rdparty/libgfxinit: Update for Cannon Point support

We missed that Cannon Point, the PCH usually paired with Coffee, Whiskey
and Comet Lake, differs a bit from its predecessors. Hence, libgfxinit
now has a new Kconfig setting for the PCH.
