device/pci_rom.c: Treat BASE_DISPLAY class as GPU
The DISPLAY_3D class is for graphics devices that are not connected to displays. This includes GPUs implementing muxless Nvidia Optimus. According to CB:31502, some AMD GPUs are identified as DISPLAY_OTHER. Therefore, consider the entire DISPLAY class as GPUs.
