mb/google/nissa/var/yaviks: Enable USE_MTCL and DRIVERS_MTK_WIFI
This patch selects the DRIVERS_MTK_WIFI and USE_MTCL configs for google/yaviks as the first platform that provides a country list to the Linux kernel via an ACPI function (MTCL) in SSDT for MediaTek WiFi chipsets that are capable of operating on the 6GHz band. BUG=b:295544553 TEST=Build on similar model (PUJJO) that I have access to and verify the flag and feature work as intended.
