include/memory_info.h: Increase DIMM_INFO_TOTAL number from 8 to 16
Increase the number of total dimm to 16 to support system with more
than 8 dimms. Also, remove unneeded comment.
TESTED=On S9S, dmidecode -t 17 shows expected results.
