soc/amd/stoneyridge: Remove PCIe-PCI bridge
The Stoney Ridge does not contain this bridge like some of the older
Hudson FCHs. Remove this support from the source.
This moves the Stoney Ridge IRQ setup to the southbridge file, hudson.c.
