libpayload: Add liblzma, libcbfs
Add cbfs core from coreboot into libpayload, and to support lzma decode, add coreboot's lzma code, too. Carl-Daniel agreed to relicense the lzmadecode wrapper as BSD-l, solving licensing problems.
