mainboard/google/zoombini/variants/meowth: configure FP MCU SPI device
Configure the FP MCU interface on GSPI1.

TEST=boot on reworked Meowth with a ZerbleBarn board attached to
GSPI1 and see the cros_ec kernel driver detecting it.
