util/scripts/testsoc: Pass arguments to abuild
This allows the user to pass one or more arguments through the testsoc
script to abuild.
Example:
testsoc -K SOC_AMD_CEZANNE -a "--skip_unset BOARD_GOOGLE_NIPPERKIN"
