Documentation: Add cavium SoC and mainboard
* Add documentation for CN81XX SoC
* Add documentation for CN81XX EVB SFF mainboard
* Add documentation for BDK
* Add documentation for BOOTROM and BOOTBLOCK behaviour
* Alphabetically sort vendors
