mb/google/herobrine: Use same I2C/SPI configs for piglin and hoglin
As Hoglin variant was recently added, need to make sure that it uses
the same configs as piglin.

BRANCH=None
TEST=create hoglin image and make sure that it boots on CRD 2.0
