mb/google/nissa/var/pujjo: Tune SX9324 register for pujjoteen5
Update SX9324 register settings based on tuning value from SEMTECH. BUG=b:279510275 TEST=Check i2c register settings on Pujjoteen5 and confirm P sensor function can work.
