soc/intel/cannonlake: Align cosmetics with Ice Lake
By ironing out cosmetic differences between Cannon Lake and Ice Lake, comparing actual code differences using a diff tool becomes simpler. Tested with BUILD_TIMELESS=1, Prodrive Hermes remains identical.
