drivers/intel/fsp2_0: Add meaningful ERROR message
Add the "ERROR:" tag so that it ease debug effect. TEST=Test tools like "suspend_stress_test" (specific to Chrome OS) can identify the obvious coreboot ERROR prior running S3 resume test.
