3rdparty/libgfxinit: Update submodule pointer, again

6b95507ec5b087658178a325bdc68570bc48bb20 has mistakenly reverted
the submodule pointer of 3rdparty/libgfxinit to cdbfce27, canceling
c844d14ca5081b2cb2f1036bdf0c2112405342d1.

This commit sets it back, recovering c844d14c.
