lib: NHLT ACPI table support
Intel's SST (Smart Sound Technology) employs audio support which may not consist of HDA. In order to define the topology of the audio devices (mics, amps, codecs) connected to the platform a NHLT specification was created to pass this information from the firmware to the OS/userland. BUG=chrome-os-partner:44481 BRANCH=None TEST=Tested on glados. Audio does get emitted and some mic recording works.
