2016-01-14	Use telephony voicemail notification settings for vvm.	Nancy Chen
	Previously visual voicemail notifications did not align with the telephony voicemail notification settings that the user could visit through dialer settings. After adding an API to access those telephony settings, dialer can now read those settings and use them when providing notifications for visual voicemail. 2016-01-06	Allow google dialer code to be compiled against M and N SDKs	Ta-wei Yen
	+ Class SdkSelectionUtils to provides information of the SDK the app is build against. Specifically, information that change when the TARGET_N_SDK build flag is set in the makefile.
