- README on how to properly theme Dialer going forward.
- Migrated all widgets to use global colors.

This change includes:
- fixing an issue where default numbers were being removed when inserting duo
channels.
- setting a max height on the disambig dialog scrollview because it was
causing accessibility issues (and will be needed later).

In order to connect SpeedDialUiItems to the correct SpeedDialEntry in the
database, we need to pipe the entry ID throgh to the UI item. So this
change includes the logic to pipe the id as well.

This change implements the logic to build the disambig dialog and display the
relevant information. Future CLs will:
- Implement the logic for favoriting a communication avenue
