2018-04-23	SpeedDialEntries with default numbers now properly show up.	calderwoodra
	This change includes: - fixing an issue where default numbers were being removed when inserting duo channels. - setting a max height on the disambig dialog scrollview because it was causing accessibility issues (and will be needed later). 2018-04-19	Implement remember this choice in SpeedDialEntry database.	calderwoodra
	In order to connect SpeedDialUiItems to the correct SpeedDialEntry in the database, we need to pipe the entry ID throgh to the UI item. So this change includes the logic to pipe the id as well.
