	Add dialog for user to input whatever numbers with whatever types they want. With this functionality, users can use simulator to test payphone number, private number and etc.. 	If it's a swipe, onPageScrolled() is called several times before onPageScrollStateChanged(SCROLL_STATE_SETTLING) and onPageSelected(). If it's a click, only onPageScrollStateChanged(SCROLL_STATE_SETTLING) is called before onPageSelected(). And onPageScrollStateChanged(SCROLL_STATE_SETTLING) will not be called if user don't switch to a new tab. We use the difference to tell if user switching tabs by swiping or clicking. 2017-03-21	Update AOSP Dialer source from internal google3 repository at	Eric Erfanian
	cl/150756069 Test: make, treehugger This CL updates the AOSP Dialer source with all the changes that have gone into the private google3 repository. This includes all the changes from cl/150392808 (3/16/2017) to cl/150756069 (3/21/2017). This goal of these drops is to keep the AOSP source in sync with the internal google3 repository. Currently these sync are done by hand with very minor modifications to the internal source code. See the Android.mk file for list of modifications.
