2018-03-26Delete old search, old contacts, p13n logger, filtered numbers add number ↵calderwoodra
search. These components are safe to delete because: - New Contacts has been in prod for several releases. - New Search has been in in prod for 2 releases. - p13n logger was based on old search and is no longer being implemented in Dialer. - Filtered Number Settings contact search since we no longer support M. 2017-12-08Implemented adding a new favorites contact flow NUI.calderwoodra
This change consists of mainly 3 things: - Update contacts fragment to meet AddFavoriteActivity requirements - Implement AddFavoriteActivity - Passing the contact back to SpeedDialFragment Bug: 36841782 Test: SpeedDialIntegrationTest PiperOrigin-RevId: 178461265 Change-Id: Ib3a13eae311acf6ce10a94df4f2c95b9af120cff
2017-10-30Roll forward cl/172154863: Do not load every DialtactsActivity fragment on ↵wangqi
app open With this change we now only load the Favorites and Call Log Fragments when the app opens. Paging to the CallLogFragment makes the ContactsFragment load as we would want. This should result in a faster app start time. I'll need to verify the impact of this using the same method as http://cl/170422671 I verified the change in behavior by adding my own log line to the onCreate of each Fragment. I saw all of them get created before the change, and only the expected 2 with this change. This change also fixes flaky test of voicemailTabVisibleNotVisible_volumeStreamCorrect. 2017-09-04Update Dialer source to latest internal Google revision.Eric Erfanian
Previously, Android's Dialer app was developed in an internal Google source control system and only exported to public during AOSP drops. The Dialer team is now switching to a public development model similar to the telephony team. This CL represents all internal Google changes that were committed to Dialer between the public O release and today's tip of tree on internal master. This CL squashes those changes into a single commit. In subsequent changes, changes will be exported on a per-commit basis. (cherry picked from commit 2ca4318cc1ee57dda907ba2069bd61d162b1baef and amended to match paths of dependencies under prebuilts/maven_repo/bumptech/com/github/bumptech/glide/.) This CL was generated using these commands from a repository at stage-stage-master at revision ea7b4dc89590ffa3332766a531e0eab6ffb9aebd ("Merge "Update Dialer source to latest internal Google revision." am: c39ea3c55f -s ours"): git diff --binary 2ca4318cc1ee57dda907ba2069bd61d162b1baef | git apply -R --index git commit -c 2ca4318cc1ee57dda907ba2069bd61d162b1baef Test: make, flash install, run Change-Id: I529aaeb88535b9533c0ae4ef4e6c1222d4e0f1c8 PiperOrigin-RevId: 167068436
2017-06-19Update AOSP Dialer source from internal google3 repository atEric Erfanian
cl/159428781. Test: make, treehugger This CL updates the AOSP Dialer source with all the changes that have gone into the private google3 repository. This includes all the changes from cl/158012278 (6/05/2017) to cl/159428781 (6/19/2017). This goal of these drops is to keep the AOSP source in sync with the internal google3 repository. Currently these sync are done by hand with very minor modifications to the internal source code. See the Android.mk file for list of modifications. Our current goal is to do frequent drops (daily if possible) and eventually switched to an automated process.
