Sets a few button to invisible by default.
- When user rejects an incoming call, the buttons wouldn't get
initialized to be visible or invisible because the call state never
gets to be processed.
- A few non-essential buttons (add call/swap call/merge call) are
therefore defaulted to be inivisible.
